WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS?

How is Armenian paper® used?

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Detach a strip, fold it into an accordion shape, place it on its edge on a heat-resistant surface, light it and then blow out the flame to avoid igniting it as it must burn slowly.
Papier d'Arménie® can be used throughout the year to perfume your home and create an atmosphere of well-being.

How to use the product

• Burn one strip at a time, 3 to 4 times per week
• Ventilate the home regularly
• Do not leave a burning slide unattended
• Do not leave the product within reach of children
• Avoid inhaling smoke directly
• Ventilate the room after use

HOW MANY STRIPS DOES A BOOKLET CONTAIN?

Each booklet contains 36 strips.

WHY DOES THE PAPER GO OUT?

If it is not folded like an accordion, the paper may not burn completely and may therefore go out. Therefore, be sure to fold the paper like an accordion and place it on its edge. See previous question.

HOW LONG DO CANDLES LAST?

Approximately 50 hours. However, these burn times may vary slightly depending on usage conditions.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CANDLE?

We recommend burning your candle according to the instructions for use on the inside of the lid. You can also find these instructions online via instructions for use. However, these burn times are likely to vary slightly depending on usage conditions.

MY CANDLE DOESN'T BURN STRAIGHT

Our candles should be used according to the instructions for use provided under the lid. These tips will ensure optimal use of your candle. If your wick has become off-center, extinguish the flame, pinch the non-burning wick between your fingers, and pull it toward the center. This operation must be carried out delicately and while the surface wax is still melted. Repeat this operation each time you burn it until your wick is centered again. We carry out meticulous and systematic quality controls to guarantee the quality of all our products.

I BROKEN THE GLASS OF MY CANDLE

Once the glass is broken, we strongly advise against relighting it because the loss of integrity of the candle glass represents a risk of wax dripping and a fire hazard.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL

HOW CAN I GET MY INVOICE?

You can view and download your invoice at any time by logging into your personal account, under "My Account" – "My Orders." Click on "View Order" and then "Print Invoice."

If you encounter any difficulties, we invite you to send us your request via our contact form We will respond as soon as possible.

Also, an invoice is placed directly in the package when shipped.

CAN I USE DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS?
